At present, I only accept BCBS/CareFirst insurance.

​I offer virtual psychotherapy services (teletherapy) to help you deal with difficult life challenges and I will work with you to address the problems you identify. I hope to convince you that you are not suffering from an illness over which you have no control. There is nothing wrong with you to correct with psychiatric treatment. Instead, your experiences and decisions are perpetuating a cycle of life dissatisfaction. Although it may be very difficult, you have the ability to change.

Your problems are the result of trying to do the impossible - to escape from the emotional pain inherent in living. But emotions are not the problems. They tell you what is important. When you attempt to fight against them, they become stronger. When you leave them alone and listen to them, they lose power and illuminate the way forward.
